Daily, 5 a day, twice a week? I know it will depend a little on the weather and the time of year but was just trying to work out how often people smoke cigars.
Twice a week during the summer - majority of the time on friday and saturday. But now its cold outside i'm lucky to hit once every couple of weeks....I get to smoke in my office (which is the spare room i rent at my uncles house) when i am doing freelance work.
SilentBob is quiet no more, name change to VocalBob?
Same as Mighty red really. I smoke two or three a week at work. I'd happily trade those for one good smoke with a whisky or brandy at home in the evening though. Sadly Mrs Tommy doesn't like me smoking. It's not banned but it may as well be, I can't enjoy it if I know there's going to be trouble when I go back inside. I need an office really, then I could enjoy one in the warm with all my nice things around me.
Usually 1 a day, not always though. A day of abstinance is getting rarer. Had 3 in a day but the occasion lent itself. i've heard it said nicotine is more addictive than heroin (try telling that to a junky in cold turkey!) The important bit is the line between luxury and necessity.
Usually one a day at the end of the day, unless the weather is rubbish, I've run out of time or there's a special event (e.g. herf).
My wife is now more tolerant than I ever thought she would be, but I still wait for a natural break in the evening before I go for a smoke. Once my daughter's gone to bed, we need some grown-up 'us' time and it wouldn't be fair to take all that time up smoking a cigar while leaving my wife on her own to watch telly.
As a result it's usually the last thing I do. If it's been a rubbish day, a cigar brightens it up. If it's been a great day, well, it's worth celebrating. I find the whole experience very meditative. I don't miss it if it doesn't happen but enjoy it very much when it does.
