Searsa1 do you have the words "munter" and "minger" over the pond?
Its amazing how words mean different things over here, we have "bum bags" but you call them "fanny packs" - a "fanny" over here doesn't mean the same thing lol

I always remember the actor who played 'Spike' in Buffy was supposed to be the first person to use the word 'wanker' on American TV because they didn't know what meant.

I have never heard the term "munter" or "minger" over here nor "tosser". Wanker is not used but I would surmise that people would know what you meant by it. Mo is right calling some one a jerk off is about the same thing. Over here we all associate the term "bloody" with folks from the UK. Fanny would be a polite way to refer to a persons butt. Not that you hear it much. The term "knocked up" implies pregnancy here. I tend to use the word "pissed" or "pissed off" well...a lot. We take it as being aggravated not drunk. We have several terms for getting drunk here..."wasted"...."hammered". Putting it all together.
I was seriously pissed when I got off of work on Friday. I spent the night at the bar getting hammered and knocked up a fat chick.
After a night of drinking and the ugly and/or fat girls start to look more and more attractive it is because you have your "beer goggles" on.
