I've begun to enjoy coffee with my cigars and would like something decent to compliment my Cubans. As a novice I'm not looking for anything too full flavoured, probably a medium roast? It'll be going into a cafetiere rather than a machine. Appreciate it's a very open ended question but any recommendations welcome, willing to try anything!

I would add trying Cubita coffee beans. Not as fresh as roasted to order, but what could be better than Cuban coffee with your CC!! Cgars sell it as we'll as many online coffee store. I really enjoy it, med - full as you said. It is pricey though.

I would suggest trying small bags of all sorts of styles and flavours you can get plenty of different types from supermarkets also cgarsltd do some excellent coffee but I think it's only in 1kg bags
At the GC I use at present a strong rich Expresso bean but have a new rep coming into see me this week to see what they can offer
Do you have a bean grinder?
Here's my set up grinder and coffee machine at GC

what about investing in a nespresso machine? a few of us on here have one....... it's a great option to have, and a decent variety to choose from! if you check the nespresso site, check the coffee flavour and strength guide, you're sure to find something that suits!! i also use an aerocinno at work with ground coffee, typically taylors (after dark, hot lava java), or cafe direct (machu picchu)!!

4th Nespresso is very good for the money, I would love a real espresso machine though just for trying all of the different beans available. Both set ups earlier in the thread are gorgeous!
Bubba that hand pull literally makes my jaw drop when I see it, I just love it! We should herf sometime, I will bring the sticks if your brew the coffee!Licky Licky before Sticky Sticky. - Puff Scotty 22/03/14
