Oh man, it sounds just the job. Mini Cheddars and an HU 2.

Rich, sweet nutty flavour with a slight bicarbonate of soda finish.

Liked it and would have it again.

It reminded me a bit of Brakspear Triple, 6.7% ABV, but not such an alcohol taste. Also a very delicious and quaffable beer. Asda used to sell it as part of the 'Any 4 for ?5.00' deal, but it's only available in small bottles now. A travesty in my opinion.

I have family in Canterbury and found out last time I visited that a few pubs there have it on tap.....lovely stuff.
