Soplica Starapolska

Has anyone tried Soplica's Staropolska Vodka? It is absolutely fantastic. It's infused with jasmin and spices etc and is amber in colour.

Have not had it wth a cigar yet but i think it would go superbly together.

I've only found this in Poland sadly as the bottle i brought back with me only lasted a week! god dam i need a trip to Krakow again to get another bottle.

If you visit Poland be sure to try a glass.......think along the lines of very sweet Cognac

...had all sorts of crazy vodka when i was there, a vodka infused with oak (slices of wood on it), had a very spicey taste... and home made lemon vodka! Fantastic They got me into drinking vodka and apple juice!

It's certainly an eye opener over there with the vast array of vodkas on offer. I'm not a lover of vodka here... but it's in a different league over there.

Can't remember the name of it but a certain polish amber coloured vodka left me with a hangover from hell!

Not a huge lover of WODKA but can tell the differences, Grey Goose does me just fine nowadays, used to get some belters from my Ex-wifes uncle..but that was in the days when Poland made all the Dunlop tyres....long time ago.....

Well i found a flight to Wroclaw, late November with an Irish airline for ?7!! That's just toooooo rude not to book. So i did. Ahhhh bring on the Staropolska.

Wroclaw looks like a fantastic place. Very picturesque.

On my hunt list will be the usual suspect of Jack Daniels(i collect it) Some Staropolska and now Cigars :-) Assuming they have cubans etc in Poland. Anyone know?
