.....So, whilst reading around the forum looking a what people drink with their smokes, it become evident that a minority were enjoying non-alcoholic accompaniments (something that I would not normally condone ). These include tea, coffee, coke and even water !
In light of this discovery I decided to give this a go, and made a strong cup of black Assam tea to accompany my mid-afternoon smoke (El ray demi tasse ). The aroma of the tea was strong and smokey. On drinking there were some really strong cedar notes, leaving a long finish on the pallet. I thought to myself 'wow this might actually work', and tbh although I did not think it stood up as well as a cup of Cuban coffee, it was quite enjoyable.
I was wondering what do other people recommend as a non alcoholic choice, or do you think they have no place with cigars lol?
