What is your favourite Cocktail

Go for a Dark and Stormy as its really great with cigars - double Goslings, splash of bitters, squeeze of lime, over ice in a Collins glass, topped up with ginger beer!

Ahh cocktails love them. But like to keep it simple at home when smoking cigars my favourite is a Cuba Libre I've experimented with various rums over the years but like it best with either 10cane rum or Havana club 7yo.
Large high glass topped with plenty of ice squeeze half a lime over ice then pour double measure of rum over ice and lime juice top it up with full fat coke and garnish with lime wedge ;-)

Singapore Sling, most delicious thing I've ever had.

1 1/2 ounces gin

1/2 ounce cherry brandy

1/4 ounce Cointreau

1/4 ounce Benedictine

4 ounces pineapple juice ( I leave this out due to an allergy)

1/2 ounce lime juice

1/3 ounce grenadine

1 dash Angostura Bitters

Bills Baccy Cocktail
Havana 7 rum, any Smokey Islay Whisky both 25ml, Triple Sec 50ml, Chambord 25ml, any Chocolate Liquor 25ml.
Shaken with ice in cocktail shaker
Served in a nice hurricane styled glass, with cobbled ice and topped up with Soda

I don't mind a mojito but if I must mix spirits I tend to go for a very simple whiskey and ginger ale - never single malt though! The only thing you should put that into is a glass!

Mojito is very good, but I always have a single malt (normally an Islay) with a cigar.
