What types of port do you guys like? Wanting to get into a drink as well as cigars as a lot of people do the whisky thing but It's not my cuppa but I do like port, any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Taylors Tawny port is my favourite , 10 or 20 year old.

Though I wouldn't class my knowledge of Port to be vast, I've only tried the mainstream brands.

I like anything by Taylors. A nice easy to drink port. Made an arse of myself in the Sgt's Mess a few years ago by drinking best part of a bottle. And then swigging the the next glass down and it went down the wrong hole so to speak. It was ejected at a rapid rate of knots. Unfortunately my Coy Comd was stood directly in front of me. And took the full brunt of it. But a bottle of Taylors on his desk the next day sorted it all out.

Avoid Cockburns and the like.Cheap horrible port

Is Port still popular in your side of the Channel? In France it's completely out of fashion these days; it's often seen as a drink for old people… everybody drinks single malt whiskies (France is the 2nd biggest market for the scottish nectar).
I love single malt but to me a good port is one the best pairing with a strong cigar… alas my knowledge in port is very limited…

Another vote for Taylors and you could also try the Otima ports as they are also really good

dow's master blend (500ml bottle around a fiver in tesco) or dow's midnight port (?6 asda)!!! also, fonseca orotima are hard to beat (both readily available in asda, teco, sainsbury's)!!!

You can`t go wrong with a LBV from Grahams or Taylors. Both very nice with a cigar. You might also want to consider Glenmorangie finished in Quinta Rubana, which is first class with a cigar.

Currently drinking the 2004 Taylors LBV with a small Boli RE. The port is a very good match for the Boli.

Crusted Port, This has been mentioned to me a short while ago but I haven't found any yet. Is it worth the hunt to get a bottle in?
