So my favourite home made blend has got to be Orlik (yes its wonderful) with a bit and I mean a bit of Grousemoor. So in a smallish bowl half a flake of Orlik line it with some grousemoor strands not overly generous but enough you want that Grousemoor topping to interact with the Orlik then roll up the Orlik Flake with the Grousemoor inside of it and rub it just slightly so it starts to break a part but still retain a ballish shape. Then Bam you have a creamy citrusy mellow with a nutty tartness really flavourful smoke, cant recommend it enough room note is understandably superb and sublime. Aftertaste is a sweet mild to med nic hit with just a touch of tea notes (earl Grey comes from the Beagumont in the Orlik mixing more with the Lakeland essence in the Grousemoor) Perfect summertime blend when the sun is shining and for those with a sensitivity to Grousemoor as its heavy topped one and its processing can cause a severe burn, this combo allows you to appreciate the flavour, and its just lovely, if I could describe it sort of like a nice triple strength orange squash but with that tinned citrus hit with just that creamy vanilla from the Grousemoor just a delightful one, goes even better with a glass of ice-cold orange squash as well which will further enhance it.
