New rather large pipe

This large nyles Italian estate pipe arrived for me yesteday, got it for ?15 including postage from eBay. I haven't smoked it yet as I haven't had a couple of hours free yet, I will be giving it a go tomorrow though.

Thanks Jim, I have another large pipe, a bijou (Stanwell reject) that's just a shade smaller. I really only smoke it when I'm flush with baccy

Great thing about pipes is the cost of tobacco , a drop in the ocean compared to Cuban cigars

Your right, I smoke a cigar maybe once a fortnight and my pipe most days in between. I'm still getting to know the varied tastes and enjoying most of what I'm trying. I'm really liking English/oriental blends and flakes. But still have some aros in my rotation. I've only tried a couple of vapers so far and not really found one I like, but I've still got plenty of time to try them

Apparently Peterson can't keep up with the demand and the quality of their pipes is not as it used to be

Only new Peterson I own is a Darwin b42 great pipe huge bowl and lovely to smoke . Others are estate pipes from the 70s and 80s
