Worries over. Had a bowl of English classic last night before bed and am able to enjoy a cigar this morning with all the taste. Don't know what was affecting it but glad its stopped.

Used the Frank method tonight as per this video, except for the choice of lighter. Resulted in one of the most pleasant smokes in a long time, and very few relights.
