I’ve just re-visited the Plum Pudding, smoking the last two bowls of the sample I had over the last two days and all I can say is - you are absolutely right! It was so different, with a complete balance of various flavours coming through and a gorgeous creamy sweetness to it.
Thanks for the pointer but the only challenge now is trying to get hold of some more and I’m also really keen to try the Special Reserve if I can find any.
