Having not had a pipe in a fair while I'm sat in the shed, rain battering off the tin roof, sitting in my rocking chair, listening to Old Crow Medicine Show smoking a bowl of dark cherry cavendish. Ahh, braw
I had a bowl after lunch today. It was a mix of the Hoyo pipe tobacco (from Shaun) and a peter stokkebye one I have that?s great for blends because it adds sweetness and volume to the smoke without having any other discernible qualities. Was around a 60/40 split & it became apparent that the Cuban tobacco is heavily laced with nicotine. Nonetheless it was an enjoyable smoke and definitely had that Cuban flavour. I will certainly be blending the Hoyo tobacco to smoke it due to the strength.
