Got this from a Cigar Aficionado mailshot today, I'm surprised that Oliva was so low. For reference Opus X is only sold by approved outlets.

I would have thought number 5 would have been in number 2's place as these are the premium line. Not surprised with the opus x being top though, that's all I heard the yanks ask for when I visited the stores the last went

I'm surprised Davidoff is so far down the list. Given they are big big producers too. Thought they'd be higher up the US demand. Looks like some producers could benefit from scaling up!
