These haven't been mentioned yet in the forum AFAIK. There's a whole line of them at good prices (€9-€12) available in Europe at the moment.

The tobacco is made and aged by Ace Prime themselves and has some fantastic flavours you normally don't find in Nicaraguan cigars.

The maduro I am smoking here is also blended with stronger tobacco in the second half to give you more of a transition.

Absolutely delicious and each one of their series is unique and great. A must try for anybody who is open to NCs.

Hm... I just checked with the Postal service. One thing's, shipping got more expensive, which was to be expected after destroying free trade with Europe.

The bigger issue is that every parcel needs a customs form filled out and attached. On the form you obviously have to say what's in it and also say who you are.

So I guess the golden days of sending cigars back and forth across the channel are over. Britain has become more insular than ever.

This saddens me... And not only because I can't share the joy of these wonderful smokes with you.

This trade issue will flare up at the northern Ireland borders yet... That's what I'm worried about.

Posting cigars across border and not declaring them had always been illegal. That's why we don't discuss that on the forum. Now declaring cigars and importing them has always been fine! As you pay your duties and taxes 😊

What's changed is the amount you can bring into the UK when traveling. And I expect the same the other way. Not that good want to at UK prices! Lol.
                .--
I think I may finally have this CAD under control...

Can't say anything what you said is wrong. Yet it has been common practice amongst UK cigar lovers.

The fact that the northern Ireland issue has been ignored by both sides up to the referendum still baffles me today. And the fact that Boris keeps lying about the issue to this day and nobody really cares about it, is beyond me.

Either way. The Pichardo classico is my least favourite of all of them. Nothing compared to the maduro I had yesterday.

                    Pichardo San Andres.

This is probably my favourite of them all, or amongst them. It started of a bit spicy the first few millimetres, but then mellowed quickly to a bold wood flavour. Second third added intense leather notes, dark and oily. Then, as if a button was switched it changed to light high notes of intense Cedar.

Absolutely amazing transition in this cigar, but there's a red thread connecting all three flavours. Marvelous, you can't ask more from a cigar.

This best way is the legal way & as you say that's travelling, always take a +1 so you can bring back 100. For the next 18-24months I'll be bringing back my own cigars, after that I'll spend the next couple of visits topping McDee up but after that I'll be free to take the occasional order, for anyone who can meet up, hand them over & share a smoke or too.
