All for trying but would like to buy an off-the-shelf NC that stands up as a great cigar (equivalent to a nice CC) without it being rarer that a Behike and costing as much.
I was disappointed because I first saw this thread and thought, great a NC I can buy a box of at a fair price and enjoy on an even footing ....looks like I am still waiting.
Mike, let me know when the NC that matches an average CC comes for sale on general release at a comparable price.
I think the reality is that the NC's generally don't match up to the CC's for most CC smokers, every now andd again a NC manufacturer pushes the boat out and makes a great stick, they know it is great and charge big money and can only produce it in small numbers.
To be clear I am all for NC's, i just don't smoke that often and my preference is aged CC's and don't want anyone to think I am a snob or prejudice. I am desperate to have that NC moment when i am blown away and converted, I paid for and smoked 2 Pardon 45th's and did not have a 'moment, I'll continue trying and let you know if it happens.
Life sure would be boring if one is one-dimensional, banging on about the same agenda all the time
