I had the privledge of going to the Long Ash Club in downtown Pittsburgh where Pedro Gonzalez was introducing his line of Nicaraguan cigars. The cigars are mostly Nicaraguan puros, but he uses a corojo wrapper on the toro and is implementing a maduro wrapper from the San Andres region in Mexico in his new line.
While enjoying the cigar, guest roller Alejandro Marquina from the Partagas factory in Cuba hand rolled cigars. He also gave a few rolling tips to my buddy Vince Orend who owns a cigar shop in Monaca.
