I'm not being rude but if you're a new smoker yes, if you have established a taste for better smokes, maybe not. I liked them when I started out but have now left them behind as my palate has developed (cue piss taking)

As far as UK prices go they aren't really competing against much. But I would still probably go for something from Chinchalero or La Incivta.

Agreed, had a few when I started and thought they were decent budget sticks then had one last summer and didn't enjoy it at all. Of course our tastes vary from person to person though.
I say just try one and see if you like it.

I only echo everything said above. Like the regius short robusto's i bought 2 boxes of them when i first started out and now have grown apart from them

Thanks folks. Gotta admit that I had my suspicions when I saw the US price. I know cigars are pricier here, but overpaying for a good stick is one thing, overspending on a dollar-fifty stick make little sense now I'm a few steps down the road.

The shade version is better than the original. If you can pick a pack up for 30 dollars they are a bargain. At uk prices better off with a liitle cuban.

Jumped on this thread as got some of these off [MENTION=13407333]mightyred[/MENTION] but it looks like the gang has got it covered. Especially what was said about Invicta's range. They seem to be auk only thing, anyone know for sure about that? I would get more of the shade quorum if I had access to them at us prices even though I have been smoking long enough to have supposedly out grown them. I think they were pretty good when you take cost into account

The Quorum shade Double Gordo are tremendous value for money easier to obtain than the superior 90+ Nicaraguans doing the rounds.
