  • NC List of cigars from USA

    Hello everyone,

The rents are off on one of their 2 annual visits to the states, and while there, Im considering ordering some smokes off the net and sending it to their house to bring back. Ive spent a few weeks looking around, reading reviews, lists and such and have chopped and changed, while coming to a list im very happy with. Its amazing what browsing various websites offers can do, I managed to save around $200 just by choosing the right deals with the right combinations on almost the exact some list of cigars. Anyway, this is my preliminary list.

10x Aging Room F55 Quattro (2x5pks in differing sizes)
    10x Oliva Serie V Belicoso
5x La Aroma De Cuba Mi Amore Belicoso
    5x Alec Bradley Prensado Churchill
    5x Herrera Esteli Robusto's
    5x Padron 1964 Anniversary Maduro's Principe
    5x Padron 1964 Anniversary Natural's Exclusivo
5x Flor de Las Antillas Robusto
    5x L'Atelier LAT52
    5x Liga Undercrown Gran Toro
    3x JD Howard Reserve HR52
1x Davidoff Colorado Claro Special R

Left out Ashton VSGs due to many reports that quality has declined in the last 5 years. Any other suggestions for me to research, I dont wanna add any more so any suggestions would have to bump something else off the list.

Looks good mate, I've had the Prensado Robusto and Tubo collection one and both very good, going to get a churchill myself in the future but you can buy them in the UK for ?12 don't know how much cheaper they are in the states but may be worth freeing up your list that way.

Had some of the ageing room stuff and so has VTG and neither of us are particularly impressed with them especially construction. If you like them though you like them

Not tried any on the list, nearly every one has its detractors its tryig to find a bit of a concensus. And yes, te prensados are cheaper

I'm not sure about the availability of the above in the UK, but it might be an idea to concentrate on this that you can't get over here, better for trading etc.

I've had some Ashton VSG this year and they were really good. I'm getting a box when I start buying again! Get them.
Padron, I've had most if em, my fave are the 1926 no6 Maduro and natural in that order. Buy some if you can you won't be sorry.
Its a super list, I'd love to have a third of that in my damp clawing mits.

CAO's would be high up on my list.

I've not had the pleasure yet, but I'm really looking forward to trying their range at some point.
