Well doing a bit of homework and hes a master tobacconist
But what is "Master Tobacconist"? Is it a title that's been awarded to him by a governing body? Is it a title that's been awarded by Peers? Or is it something he calls himself?

What it says on website
David "Doc" Diaz is the publisher and the editor of the Stogie Fresh Cigar Publications. He has served as an educator, researcher and writer and has taught in the Health Education and Health Science field for over 30 years. He possesses an earned doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. Doc is a Certified Master Tobacconist (CMT), having received this certification from the Tobacconist University and is a member and Ambassador of Cigar Rights of America (CRA).
Hmmm, seems like a scam! The "University" courses are free, but the "Uni" is based out of a PO Box.
The course materials (cigars) are purchased directly from the "University", once you have "earned" your certificate (note certificate and not degree or qualification.) you can buy cuff links to prove to the world you are certified.

Seems a funny setup to me... Not like any other place of learning that I know of... Especially given that the guy who runs it is actively running two cigar shops too.....
