IMO no!
I have smoked a good range of sticks & do have some "good old reliable's" & I can recall quite easily, dozens of occasions that I've had an exemplary cigar/experience...but...a good cigar is really the next one you smoke,
I do have a list in my head of about 25 cigars that if are available I would always buy them..but that list includes Monty 2's that new guys to the hobby pour scorn on...
right place, right time, right company, good cigar..that'll be my top stick..until the next one..

Monte 2 is still my stick to beat, though for me the Dip 2 was possibly level pegging but for different reasons. I really agree that place, time, mood, company... Etc... Etc play a huge part.
