        I would recommend H.Upmann's Half Corona's.
They are around ?6.99 each - so not sure if these are a tad high...
        All the best!

I would suggest Fonseca KDT Cadetes, at ?5.99 for a single and ?139 for a box of 25 I think they are a great price for a budget cigar

I also think they're good for sharing with friends who aren't regular cigar smokers

Oliva Serie G Maduro Robusto at ?8 a stick?

Alternatively, Inka's aren't too shabby for the price.

Or even the double robustos. They cash in at 10 quid here.

Come to think of it, I haven't had an NC in a WHILE. Cheap one I've had before was a Punch Robusto (NC of course). It was surprisingly awesome and I had to nub it. Cost me $4.50. With taxes and other shite, would've cost me around 10-15 here.

Speaking of punch, punch rare Corojo Rothchild is a very decent stick for a good price.

A cab of 50 used to go for just over $100. Now I think it's around $160 US, which is still a great price for 50 sticks!

CAO la Traviata, if you can get them. Great budget NC.

That punch i'll be sure to take a box or two next time i cross the border. (hell for that price, who can argue!?)

                          However,

HOLY CAO, how did i forget about cao!? Cao golds are acquired tastes. Can't guarantee they'll be to your liking but do try em out. Some of em are even cheaper than the punches and just as good!

The la Traviata is not part of the gold range. But it is their best smoke IMHO!

I'm not sure if there are any cigars being sold in the UK at ?80 a box or less which are worth filling the humi up with...

The only cigar of that sort of price I would even consider recommending to someone as a budget 'humi filler' would be the Chinchalero Picadillo - I reviewed if for the Cigar Monologues a while back (there's no-way I'd spend my own money on a box... that said, I'd pay double the asking price for these just to avoid being gifted a La Rica...) Here was what I thought: CLICK

However, we may have different approaches to cigars. I would rather forego the occasional cigar, and have a humi which is half full of really nice sticks, rather than have one filled to the brim with stuff which is best described as 'passable'.
