Hi Guys (and Gals) - Cigar Newbie Alert!

Got the taste for smokes after a Vegas poker trip last year (plenty of Davidoff's) so finally succumbed to 'holding stock' rather than grabbing a couple of sticks (usually R Y J) whenever I passed my local Nicholas shop...

Thought I'd get a wide range in to start with - JJ Fox delivered as promised, and an Adorini Humidor arrived a few days earlier in preparation for my new arrivals.

I grabbed a 'brace' of each of the following to get going:

A nice selection there but I have to agree that it's probably best to give NCs a wide berth. In my opinion there are two types of smoker firstly there are those that smoke Cubans and secondly there are philistines.

I must admit that after smoking the Oliva Serie G last night, I wasn't greatly impressed with the uneven burn and (to be honest) the somewhat un-changing taste - it was a bit of a monolith of flavour...all I got was cedar, but that might be solely down to the new Humi...
