not quite my go to, a little big for me to smoke that often, but its definitely a fave of mine almost since I started on cigars.

well couldn't resist. Despite the weather I smoked myself an especiales.

A couple of summers ago I offered myself a Cohiba seleccion box and the especiales along with the medios (shorter version, same ring gauge) were by far my favorites. Happy to report same goes for the one I just smoked. These are probably the only Cohibas I will stock regularly. For me they offer a super concentration of the best of Cohiba. On the down side, due to the gauge, they do smoke tighter and require you to take longer draws. They also do not have as straight a burn and offer a hell of a nicotine kick.

Just smoked one of the MC2s from the above box. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Been awhile since I smoked an MC2 and I am loving these. Still a bit young and harsh on the final third but oh oh so good anyways. Chocolate, spice 'n leather yum !
