I certainly agree they are killing off some good cigars. Furious about the Partagas Serie Connaisseur No.1 and 2 being killed off. The aforementioned Punch of course. The Partagas 898 Unvarnished, etc. etc. etc...

Not had a bad box from 2008 yet; personally not a big fan of Punch, but I hope your Punch cigars are a great smoke.

Fantastic looking cigars Sean. I am a big fan of Punch too - particularly the Double Corona.

            smoked one this afternoon.

Great smoke, powerful stuff, i would say. Certainly different to the Punch Punch.

I can see why they choose to produce punch punch instead of the no.11. the Punch Punch is a much more easy going smoke but yet the no.11 is more classic and old havana to me.

this no.11 might put off some new smoker and requires lots of age for those who can't take the PUNCH.

Start off, right away, lots of aromatic smoke, honey, spice and christmas pudding. 2nd third, very woody and earthy, dark chocolate, then the finale was one of the best I have had, fruit, nuts and lots of cream. perfect draw all the way.

what years were they from? Stevie, I have had a punch DC, from 2005, bloody just marginally smokable. but the frist one from this box I got, very easy draw, so I assume the rest will be just fine.

That's why Punch are no longer at the top of the leader board..inconsistency...& people don't keep 'em long enough anymore

The PPs were from 2003 so should have been all right. The Black Prince were from 2000....easy to see why they were jiggered
