thought i would post my humidor
most of my first cigar stock has been smoked in the week i have had it
but this is whats left and my 2nd order from cgars .
the la rica are empty i thought these were ok and a good price.
i think my first box will be something like monty no 5 as not to spend to much on something i may later find i dont like.
i have been trying to get hold of a culebra but cant seem to find any anywhere.

Nice little starter humi, not much space left already! (which can only be a good thing ).

Be careful going for a box until you defiantly have enough space.

Have you got your favourite smokes yet?

Hi SG... None of my business & I don't want to curb your enthusiasm in any way..
      a couple of questions..
      Has your humidor stabilised yet?
Are you taking notes on what you smoke?
I ask the first as prolific buying & not having the correct environment to keep your stogies may lead to problems & second after a month or so sampling at a rapid rate could give you memory problems on what you tended towards or disliked & buying 'em all again gets dear 'cos 'I forgot what it was'....
Ignore this if I'm teaching you to suck eggs...

Congrats on the humi .... hope it leads to years of fun and fine smoking for you .... just as well they don't have Poorhouses these days!
If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

humi is at 65 i have some boveda on the way to take it to 69 and may swap the stock humi with crystals.
im saveing all the bands with notes as to what it smoked like.
and you are right sampleing at 1 or 2 a day is getting confuseing
need to cut down a bit and save for a set time to smoke as a treat.
got cought up in the bug of finding a good smoke and trying as many as i could

Lovely little humi and set of sticks......would definitely invest in a digital hygrometer though, the analog ones can be extremely inaccurate, even if you invest a decent amount in them!
