Cant find anything on them at the moment but need to do some digging

I remember reading that Juan Carlos I gets his Trinidad's banded with the Spanish coat of arms, used to be cohibas I think.

SSteve! I remember seeing a similar pic to this a few years ago but band was more white and had a better finish, you remember who/where it came from?

if i had to guess i would say a cohiba corona especiales, thats why your not showing the head of the cigar so we can see if it has a little piggy tail?

As I understand it ....this is a custom Lancero rolled for King Juan Carols of Spain. Made at the El Laugito with 5 year old tobacco.

Hadn't heard the Trinidad thing but will let you know when I smoke it about it's profile

I have also been told this is the same blend as the diplomatic releases with the palm tree double band.

Correct - here's some confirmation - a 2006 picture at a respected Madrid merchant.
The blue crest on the right is for cigars of Price Felipe, the Duke of Asturias. The cigars on the left are from King Juan Carlos.

And a 2007 picture at El Laguito, you see the Spanish royal crest there left side near the top at the "banding table".
