    New Additions

    As a newbie around this forum I asked for a couple of suggestions for a new shorter smoke and you guys pretty much came up with a unanimous decision.

    So as I had a spare few minutes I thought i would share a couple of singles I received today from our sponsors (A* service once again i must add, with order placed on Tues morning and received by noon Wed) which I'm hopefully going to sample and compare up against the mighty Party Short this week.

    Anyway I ordered:

    Trinidad Reyes
    Monte 5
    El Principe



    Must admit I'm a little excited to get stuck into these and I think the Trini Reyes may go first

    Never had the other two, but I love the Reyes--a great, milder compliment to the Party Short. Enjoy.

            Thanks fella's. Not the greatest haul in the world but should help me decide on a couple for the rotation.

            Must admit they have a lot to live up to compared to the Party Short.

              Indeed, but they will certainly put in a decent showing - especially the Reyes (not quite the big band experience of the Party, but tasty and smooth).

                      Managed to grab some time back from work this a.m. so had a nice relaxing morning with a El Principe and latte over today's paper.

                      Unfortunately the San Cristobal El Principe just didn't grab my attention, despite having some lovely smoke and a nice last third (which I did enjoy) it really just missed the mark a little. I think I would possibly just say its a little too much on the light side for my tastes.

                      I'm sure the Trini Reyes will make up for it tonight after a few cheeky beers, post a stressful weeks work
