Picked up a few different boxes of very early cigars this week, estimate these to be from between 1900 and 1920 based on the vitolas and the sizes etc

Reckon these will go in the collection for a while but I did also score a half box of Henry Clay Witeenas, a small figurado from the same era and may well crack into those

They are a mix of early Havanas and UK rolled cigars using Cuban tobacco, there used to be a thriving cigar industry in the UK before the war with major rolling centres in Bristol and Nottingham

Again, very nice Cigar-aficionado. They do look in great condition given their age, so it will be interesting to here what they're like in terms of flavour, burn, strength etc when you smoke a few, a review is a must .

Without expecting you to tell what you paid, were they super expensive, or did you get yourself a bargain?
