I'm very intrigued by the 2 maduros I've picked up, having never tried one before...and the RP is calling to me after all the wonderful things I've heard about them! I need to try and pick up a few different singles every month until I decide on some boxes to buy

That Novillo Torpedo deserves to be smoked immediately! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Check out the Oliva V Torpedo too - a bit more expensive but last a hell of a lot longer.

66! The torp ones won't be a problem, but the other one (3rd from the right) won't actually fit in my cutter

I might reat myself to a punch at some point, especially if I like the stogie as I'll be buying a box at some point. That's what I love about Chinchaleros most...the price

I reckon you could use a new scalpel blade to carefully cut the non-torpedo - available in all good art shops. I bought a 66RG cutter (Angelo I think) which works well but it was ?20 and I hardly ever use it.

I wouldn't try that on a 60+ gauge ..... the blades aren't really long enough to cut through cleanly or quickly in one hit ..... it's really a job for one of Roks CC cutters Chris.

I don't know what the score is with them at the mo, but a PM to Lionhound wouldn't hurt.

I've got a scalpel set that I use for mouting photograph prints...it's got a hiowge blade it it...but I'm going to let it chill for a while anyway!
