• Some Spanish Invaders

My auntie in law lives in Lanzarote and visited this weekend for a family thing and bought me some 100% canary island cigars, made in La Palma. They look and smell lovely and came in a fantastic box - this is actually my first box of cigars.

They are now sitting in the humidor waiting for the right time to fire one up.

We had the robusto of El Sitia last year as one of the COTM hosted by Niela. I seem to remember enjoying it and I still have one left. These look like a panatela and I think they'd make a great smoke in this vitola, so I'd be very interested to hear what you think of them.

I too enjoyed the two robustos from Niela last year and if I remember right it came with the advice to smoke them slowly, not sure if that will apply to these too but i suppose it’s sound advice for any panatela.

Nice pick up and I’m sure it will be there first of many boxes.
