Also does anybody know where I can get dividers from? As the one on the bottom is very loose and it doesn't have the rubber bits at the ends

Get a bit of thin leather (to suit the thickness) and glue it on Tommy. Get a piece larger than the end and trim it along the edges afterwards. Use impact glue but let the smell obviously go off before using it.
