Some nice choices there Emaresee. Does your Nub sampler contain the 466 Habano? It's a really nice smoke, as are the Olivas.

I tried a handful of petit no.2,s Tony when first out , appearance and construction beautiful , flavour wise tasted like tea , id like to revisit with a few years on them as i liked the size .

the petit no. 2,s i tried didnt resemble the Monty 2 at all IMO

By the sounds of it you don't like the taste of the petite 2s.

A recent addition for me. Would love to smoke them at some point over Christmas but I think I'll leave them in the humidor a year or two to age. Or try to anyway!

Do you know i can't quite remember! I know it has sungrown, cameroon and maduro..... So poss not the habano. am told the habano is quite similar to the sungrown, which i am a big fan of.... So will look out for one for sure.

Got these little beauties today... they had a little rest with the post office over the holiday period...

San Cristobal Del La Habana - La Fuerza. They are a touch longer than a standard Robusto. I had one in early December at a tasting with the Black Wolf Club @ 1a and found them to be eminently box worthy. The ones we enjoyed that night were date stamped 08 so this lot have some aging to do but it's a 25 count box so I am sure some will make it to a similar age!!!
