The Cubans were expected, the davidoff, Arturo Fuentes and the Los blancos were replacements for a couple that were on the list but he couldn't get. So he got those three on the cruise ship. He had bought them before they stopped off at Gibraltar, of course he couldn't believe the prices there, but he had already spent the ?100 by then. Nice snags! A great rustic charm to those quinteros, mate. A few look overhumidified so be careful with smoking them too soon. Let them steady for a week or so...
Such is the shame with a few Spanish retailers but can't be avoided - especially in the month of August!

Yes Spain is a good destination for stock, many forum members have had good finds in Barcelona, The Espana RE's are also normally a good pick up too...

It's been a while since I was over seegarnub but if I remember correctly I did a big box split for 3/4 different Espana RE's - Boli 108's, Punch grand rebusto's, Por laranaga Legendarios and Diplimatico collection privida. I thought the Dipi was a great small smoke and brought a couple of extra boxes, tried the Sancho Panza Quiote - ok but too much money for what it was so skipped it. You will find some of these still available, I found some rare mid nineties smokes when I was over in 2012.
If you search the forum I think Arf (eggop) did a review of most them, they would be the perfect age now...
