The best price for these in Europe (apart from Andorra) can be found in Germany. Except that there hasn't been any stock for close to two years. I passed on a box in 2018 because it didn't look stellar and I thought that I would come upon a better box in the future.

Didn't you say you paid ?395? They are at €357.50 per box in Germany and you get 3% on boxes there which comes to €346.78.

New in today, the new GB RE La Gloria Cubana Britanicas Extra.
I bought these from Jason at Astoria Cigars in Margate. A box of 10 was ?255 delivered. I think he's the cheapest in the UK!?!
I got his last full box but he's getting more stock soon

Also today, I cleaned out my guy in Belgium of Partagas 898s and the last of his PL Panatelas Extra. I could only get split boxes of them though. One box of 898 is DIC15 and the other is DIC17 so a decent age on them both
I'm trying to get as many 898s as I can as I'm suspicious that they might disappear.... If anyone spots any in the wild, let me know
