                        Todays little grab.

                        Nice work on the diets guys, currently sitting in at 20st packed on about 5 stone in the past couple of years just through inactivity and bad habits. My perfect weight it 15.5 which I'm aiming end of year for. Sounds a lot, I'm really broad and tall, and that's with the aim of 15% body fat.

                        The Olivia is a nice smoke, haven't tried the Others. Fancying the RyJ though, not a fan of Alec Bradleys so far.
