Yes if they are 15 count cigars. No, but the cardboard + 3 tubes packaging makes it an incredibly attractive cigar presentation. This is why the 15ct boxes have the little line that opens up diagonally along the side of the box to make the cigars look a bit nicer. When I finally replace my damn coolidors (and overflow-a-dors) with a tower, these will make a great little presentation.
These 15 count cardboard+tubes presentation were made with the seller in mind.

This is the (my guess) reason that Bolivar Tubos 1-3s do NOT come in 15ct presentations. It's not one of those international brands so it leaves people thinking: "WTF is a Bolivar cigar?! Why would I spend money on that when I can just pay 20% more and buy Cohiba?"
