Custom rolls

Very excited about these!
They're Johnny O Short Rodolfos (and a couple of corona gorda for now).
They're special.
Very special.
I'd decided that I wanted cigars for my son's birth date - this meant waiting for cubans to come out in around May or so with a Jan 2015 box date....
Or to try and find some that were rolled actually on the day.
These were rolled two days before my son's birth, which, tbh, I'm pretty happy about!
I'm so thankful to my American cousin for sorting these out for me. Absolutely over the moon! Just gutted I'm not smoking at the moment - I have about another ten days in which to try one - then the next chance will be Rupert's birthday!

Tbh, I just asked for whatever he'd rolled that day - And because I was so excited to get them I didn't actually ask! - Looking closely at them, there is a variation in colour, but I think they're all the same wrapper leaf.

A great find there. Nice also that there is a sentimental value to them also.

Custom rolls will normally have a variation of colour wrappers (as do all cc's).

The main difference is the custom roller does not have a batch of hundreds/thousands of rolled cigars to then colour match into bundles of 10/25 as they do in the factory.
