okay so seeing as no is biting and asking what do I mean Who Framed Rodger Rabbit? Is based on a true story I am going to go ahead and tell you anyway.

The Doc (or is it the Judge?) is trying to buy up toon town and the tram company so he can close the tram company and build a highway with toll thru toon town.
This actually happened. General Motors went round the different cities buying up the tram companies and closing them and ripping the tracks up to force people to buy cars. Fact! and not a butters fact but an actually true one!

im guessing freezing the box and microwaving the cigars for 20 secs also would work without damaging the tobacco at all.

A common old technique going around that actually worked was to nuke them for 1 min on high and place them in the fridge for 1 day. This was done with an entire walk-in humidor collection of legal pre-embargo Cubans in the states (second hand recollection) with no noticeable flavour changes whatsoever.

With 8 brand new microwaves and a lot of deep freezers, took someone 8 days of work. to do them individually.
