A few people on here have talked about having or getting a box of cigars to mark a special event, like marriage or children, with the box date matching the month and year.

Since I only took up cigars in August, my daughter was already 4. However, I was pleased to find and even more pleased to take delivery of these: Juan Lopez Seleccion No 4, box code PRA JUN 10.

Thanks all. This box is already loaded with special meaning and Simon is, of course, spot on. I'm now on the hunt for anything Aug 04 (got married), though I suspect that might be more difficult!
