I find as I get older that Christmas presents are a massive anti-climax because I tend to buy things that I actually want throughout the year. A sad reflection on our consumer society perhaps but also a benefit of having been working for 38 years. This year will be an exception because MLW bought me a box of robustos in the DR but that didn't stop me ordering a Christmas present for myself and they're always the best. I was certainly happy to trek down to the sorting office today.
