Seemed to get a lot glare but turning the flash off made it look worse

+1 on that TJ. On a slightly different note has anyone else noticed that the iPhone struggles to focus for close up cigar shots since the 8.02 upgrade or is it just my ageing eyes?

I found that before the upgrade, it can get quite frustrating!

in my view you can better close up pictures by holding my finger on the object on iphone screen until the box pulsates it is called the ae af lock if i am honest these are hidded features of iphone in your opinion

Cheers bb, I'll try that next time. I knew you could adjust exposure like that but not focus.
