So after my Inka experience and subsequent introduction on forum and the advice I received went and purchased the following

    1 x Romeo y Julieta Short Churchill
    1 x NUB Cameroon 358
    1 x Nub Connecticut 358
1 x El Rey del Mundo Choix Supreme
1 x Por Larranaga Petit Coronas
1 x Ramon Allones Small Club Corona
    1 x Rafael Gonzalez Perla
1 x Arturo Fuente Short Story
1 x Flor De Oliva Robusto
1 x Hoyo de Monterrey Petit Robustos

At the moment I'll stick to buying singles until I figure out my likes and dislikes and make the decision to buy my first box.

If anyone else has any other suggestions of what to try please let me know!

Also which Cuban to smoke first?

    Cheers Jim

Nice one! Defo a great idea to select a few you wanna try and then take it from there. See what flavours/brands are more your taste, before box buying. All the very best. Maybe try a non cuban first. Then a cuban. And then see the flavour differences...

I have quite a few I will sell a couple if you like, looks like you can't trade yet though since your posts are low!

On to your pickup very nice job with selecting mate, I have smoked all the Cubans on that list and the AF Short story; all great smokes which you can't go wrong with. Favourite would have to be the ERDM CS and Hoyo PR though, smoking a perlas now they are a humi staple which suit occasions where time is of the essence (all too often these days )...

Somewhat contrary to the idea of smoking cigars Adam and heading for addiction?

Ofcourse it all comes down to taste.. They're a top smoke with some age, even fresh still rather tasty IMO; mind you not my favourite robusto.

Addiction to cigars John? I believe your signature says that isn't the case! I've been real busy with work these days and so like to have a small smoke when I get home; THE best way to relax

That HdM pr is a good first choice IMO. But agree, if you like a bigger stick the HdM #2 is a great beginner's puro.

I agree, they do have different profiles though, I find the PR somewhat more floral.. Got both in my secondary humi waiting to be smoked!
