Read some stuff about these. They seem to fit in with my wife's sentiment that I shouldn't be smoking anything 'big'! 'Big' has not been defined, but I'm not going to rock the boat just yet. Happy sampling robustos and petit coronas at the moment.

Anyway, I reckon short and chubby fits the bill and I like the idea these are apparently one hour smokes. Found a couple of generally positive reviews, but I probably should have looked on here as well. Unfortunately, I don't have much time during the week at the moment and curiosity got the better of me. I guess there are worse things to purchase spontaneously??

Question for the grown-ups - given they are large RG cigars, should I use a punch or is a cutter OK? I mean for the parejos. I think I can manage the torpedoes (he said bravely).

Lovely smokes, one of my favourites in my opinion definately has to be a punch

I enjoy nubs, they're not a fine cigar but I like to hang somewhere between gentlemanly and hooligan anyway [emoji6]
Punch them pal, snip the torps gradually until you find a hole that suits you. You could get two punches in potentially but I use one and never had a single problem. In fact I've found them to be very consistent. Enjoy you "small [emoji6]" smokes.

I like that approach. In fact, it's a bit of a theme. My 4 year old daughter also seems to be doing a fine job of hanging somewhere between angel and hooligan!

I cut it and had no issues
Have you been to the bear cigar shop in Cardiff yet?

Not yet. Don't go into town often, and if we do, we're usually there after the Arcade has shut. Next time I'm home 'between projects', I'll get down for a look. Seen some pictures on Google - looks like a great selection.
