French Fancies

So I went on holiday to France (the dordogne) two weeks ago. I was intrigued by the post earlier in the year about French grown cigar Navarre and decided to go in search of some.

It did not help that all the shops I tried that were listed as their distributors did not actually stock them. Luckily after me and the wife came home my parents continued on through France and found a couple available in angouleme and cognac.

And a little surprise two Pleiades 20e Anniversaire Petit Robusto





Going to lay them down to rest for a bit and see what they are like come autumn.

Let me know if you have ever tried any of them I would be interested to hear.

Well, there's about 13 of us going so if I can find them and they are any good then I could bring a few back.

Of the 13 two of us are cigar smokers and none of the others smoke anything at all.

That's what I'm thinking. Next plan is to persuade 11 non smokers to do the 4hr drive to Andorra for a day trip.
