I was thinking hollidors when I saw the pics. Problem is that John has now made me HAVE to order said BHK's which could well cause some marriage ripples! I chose the maduro5 Secretos because I love Maduro and because you get 25 for nearly half the cost of 10 BHK 52. That was my head ruling my heart, now I see the BHK my heart is kicking my head in! What to do??? Maybe next month.....

Great buy John! I think buying a box of BHK is a defining moment in a cigar hobby!

A beautiful sight to behold. Enough to send pangs of jealousy through my very core... Do enjoy, some mighty fine cigars.

Too right! Good cigars, like good wine, come out in downtime for me. No point wasting something that good on a special occasion (that's not to say I don't of course...). I get so much enjoyment out of the really good ones, that it sometimes seems a waste to me to use them when there are lots of positive distractions around. A quiet, contemplative moment can be turned into something special - almost an unexpected high point - with a top cigar or some really nice wine. (Possibly just me being a bit odd... actually, stands a very good chance).

No need, she was going to the hairdresser, she was more suspicious about the big box my locknlock came in. had to double check the sticks as all their little pigtails got flattened in transit!

i must yield, though..... OCT 11 is a fantastic box code. nearing the beginning, even. are these 54s?
if memory suits me well, '11s were a terrible year to attempt to find 52s and 56s

That makes perfect sense. You have to go for it sometimes.
