Broadening my horizons

Decided to spend a few quid on some NC's to try as I'm letting the Cohiba's rest for a bit.



In this little batch is:
La Rica Robusto Maduro
Juliany Dominican Chisel
Juliany Dominican Robusto Maduro
Juliany Dominican Robusto
Winston Churchill Lancaster
3 x 3 Tubos Robusto
Santa Damiana Robustos
Private Stock Tubos No. 2


Just figured I'd give them a whirl as a sort of bench mark. No idea what to expect but looking forward to it. Some times when you have no expectations you get a nice surprise.

3x3 are good smokes had a churchill but got bitter towards the end but i reckon the robusto will be good

Lots of good yet one dimensional ones out there! Only one or two I have had take you on a flavour journey... There are some bloody awful ones about though!

I think the Prensado has been the best NC for me. The evolution of flavours is probably the reason I enjoyed it so much

Cheers guys. I always like to try new stuff, even if I'm pretty sure I won't like it - can't see why I should treat cigars any differently.

I'm sure through the rest of my smoking years I will end up sucking on more than a few dog rockets, but every now and then it may turn up a gem. I figure there is nothing to lose, if it's crap, move on to the next and don't buy any more of them.

Pretty much yeah haha! Although get a book to write down whats good and whats not. Always helps

Or use an app? I don't smoke as often as most folk on here but I keep track of what I've had on an app called Cigar Boss
