  • There's a RASS in me kitchen....

    .....what am I gonna do?

    Well......smoke them probably.....

A friend of the wife's booked a last minute trip to Cuba and was good enough to be dispatched with a list and instructions. She didn't disappoint! Apologies for the appalling pics.

It's a young box (Sept '13). Do they need leaving for a while or are they ok young?

Nice!... My answer is a cop out. Why not smoke one every few months until they hit their stride.

Great cigar! I smoke one from my March 2013 box at the weekend and will definitely be leaving the other for at least another year

The RASS are a lovely cigar but seeing as they are only sept 13. I would probably leave a while as most cigars go into a sick period around the 6 months of age
But smoke one see how it goes but if you get a lots of bitterness leave for a while

Thanks guys, I've got other, older sticks to get through first so I'll leave these in the tupperdor for a while before sampling.

If they were mine, I would try one now for comparison purposes, and then again when they have a year on them.

The sick period generally begins 2 to 4 weeks after rolling and lasts about 1 year.

Should have guessed you'd be too young for the musical reference

Well it was a very vague adaptation of 'Our day will come'. It seemed to work better in my head. Yep, another slow day at work!
