Guessing this translates as 'smoking is dangerous for your health' but looks like 'Smoking is deadly'. Or another way, Smoking will kill you.' However, even smoking 60 fags daily does mean you will die as a direct result if this habit. Eg with a far higher road fatality rate than the UK, just being on the road in Belgium might lead to a swifter demise.
