Andorra is not part of the EU trade agreement so would be what if the allowance is for the country he was exiting Andorra in to.Comment

Looking at that RA 898 box Steve, I think I've allowed myself to make a complete arse-up earlier this year. Is it my imagination or is the box varnish deeper and darker than that of the Partagas 898.
Because if it is, I for not wearing my glasses, dismissed a opportunity thinking they were Partagas in an over heavily varnished box.
For anyone heading that way, they were at Duty Free, Los Palmas, Mallorca.If you want to, you can.
